These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Rooftop Heroes LLC ("Rooftop Heroes," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3027 Miller Rd, Suite 11, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at rooftopheroes.com, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Rooftop Heroes LLC sends SMS messages to customers and prospective customers who have explicitly opted in via a consent checkbox on our website at rooftopheroes.com. Messages are sent by Rooftop Heroes LLC to opted-in contacts regarding roofing estimates, appointment scheduling, project updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

• Estimate delivery and follow-up

• Promotional, marketing, or advertising messages
• Messages used for lead generation or re-engagement campaigns
• Messages to individuals who have not provided prior express written consent
• Messages to individuals who have opted out

2. Consent and Sign-Up Confirmation

You must provide express written consent before we send you any SMS message. Consent is obtained exclusively by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at rooftopheroes.com at the time of submitting a service request. The checkbox is unchecked by default.

We record the date, time, source URL, and consent language version at the time consent is provided. These records are retained for a minimum of 4 years for compliance purposes.

3. How to Stop Messages

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received our message. After you send the message STOP to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time through our website contact form, and we will start sending you messages again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to the number from which you received our message. After you send the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

5. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on the status and needs of your active roofing project. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per project, from initial confirmation through project completion. You will not receive messages after your project is closed unless a new service request is submitted.

Message and data rates may apply. Rooftop Heroes LLC does not charge you to receive our messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

8. Data Use and Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are used solely to deliver the service communications described in these SMS Terms. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for purposes directly supporting your active service request is permitted under confidentiality obligations. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from third-party sharing. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared.
