These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Rooftop Heroes LLC ("Rooftop Heroes," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website contact form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive SMS communications from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Rooftop Heroes LLC operates a 1:1 transactional SMS program exclusively for service-related communications tied to a confirmed roofing service request that you have submitted. Messages are sent only after you have provided express written or recorded consent.
You must provide express written consent before we send you any SMS message. Consent is obtained via:
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive our roofing services without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
We record the date, time, source, and consent language at the time consent is provided. These records are retained for compliance purposes.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-consent.

Message frequency varies depending on the status and needs of your active roofing project. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per project (from initial confirmation through project completion). You will not receive messages after your project is closed unless a new service request is submitted.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you send and receive. Rooftop Heroes LLC does not charge you to receive our messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Delivery is not guaranteed by all carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent record are used solely to deliver the service communications described in these SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information collected through our SMS program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for purposes directly supporting your active service request is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared.
These SMS Terms are supplemental to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of all personal information we hold about you. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
